What deposit is required to secure my booking?
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due 60 days before departure. Early deposits receive priority cabin selection and may qualify for seasonal discounts.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations 90+ days before departure receive a full refund minus the 30% deposit. Cancellations 60-89 days prior forfeit 50% of the total cost. Less than 60 days results in full forfeiture. We strongly recommend travel insurance for additional protection.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes. Groups of 6+ receive 10% off open trip pricing. Private charters for 8+ guests qualify for special group rates. Corporate retreat packages include customized activities and dedicated coordinators. Contact our sales team for tailored quotes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), international bank transfers, PayPal, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH). Bank transfers may qualify for a small discount. All payments are processed securely. See our pricing page for full details.
When is the best time to book?
The optimal diving and sailing season runs April to December, with peak conditions August to November. Booking 3-6 months in advance ensures best cabin selection and pricing. Shoulder season (April-May, November-December) offers excellent conditions with fewer crowds and lower rates.

Step-by-Step Booking Guide
- Select Your Trip – Browse our available itineraries and vessel options. Each listing shows departure dates, pricing, included activities, and vessel amenities. Compare our fleet options to find the perfect fit for your group.
- Choose Your Dates – Select your preferred departure date. Most trips run 3 to 7 days. We offer trips throughout the year with seasonal variations in marine life and weather conditions.
- Select Cabin Type – Choose between our suite categories: Deluxe Cabins, Standard Cabins, or Budget-Friendly options. Each comes with premium amenities and access to all onboard facilities.
- Review and Confirm – Review your booking summary including itinerary, meals, activities, and total cost. Ensure all passenger information is accurate.
- Proceed to Payment – Pay your deposit (typically 30-50% of total cost) to secure your reservation. The balance is due 60 days before departure.
- Receive Confirmation – Get your booking confirmation, payment receipt, and detailed pre-trip information including packing lists and what to expect.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our operations:
- 90+ days before departure: Full refund minus 5% administrative fee
- 60-89 days before departure: 50% refund of paid amount
- 30-59 days before departure: 25% refund of paid amount
- Less than 30 days: No refund, though you may transfer to another date (valid for 12 months)
- Force Majeure: In case of extreme weather, natural disasters, or government travel restrictions, full refunds or date changes are provided
